A: One of the benefits of Cycling is that you can adapt the movements to your fitness level. If you are a first timer, let Keith know. He will make sure your bike is adjusted properly and give you a quick rundown of the fundamentals. Just listen to your body and go at your own pace, eventually adding more tension (resistance) to the bike and doing more challenging moves as you feel comfortable.

Q: What makes Keith’s Cycle classes different from other group exercise/Cycle classes?

A: Keith’s Cycle classes are fun, high-energy, motivational, and full of encouraging, supportive people that are dedicated getting healthy. You will feel comfortable, get a great workout, and have a blast. Keith incorporates energetic hip-hop music with body changing movements on the Cycle bike. The time will fly by, and before you know it, you will have completed a full-hour, full-body workout. Keith’s classes are effective because they provide an intense, but fun, way of exercising. He’ll keep you coming back for more. It is addictive!

Q: How many calories will I burn in Keith’s Cycle class?

A: The number of calories you will burn depends on a number of factors, including the intensity at which you exercise. On average, you will burn anywhere from 750 to 1,000 calories per hour in Keith’s Cycle class.4) What do I need to bring to Keith’s Cycle class? All you need is comfortable workout clothes, water, a hand towel, and a great attitude!
