If you are truly ready to clean up your diet and to make a lifestyle change, I challenge you to take the next twenty-one (21) days and reboot your health and well-being with this

twenty-one (21) day “Clean Eating” Challenge! 


Start by spending three (3) weeks steering clear of prepackaged and processed foods with ingredients you can’t pronounce. Rid your diet of refined sugars and flours. Eat whole, clean meals that will fuel your body and leave you feeling energized!


It typically takes twenty-one (21) days or less to turn a behavior into a habit. 


The first step is to commit to the challenge. Once you’ve committed to eating clean for twenty-one (21) days, your body will follow as your mind directs.


Now, I cannot physically come to your house and force you to eat clean, but I will be on ZOOM, pushing you through with love, encouragement and motivation! This is a challenge where you have got to do all of the work yourself. A general guideline of recipes and clean eating meal plans will be provided, but you’ve got to stay discipline! This starts with YOU!
