If you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, that’s ok. You can go at your own pace and work your way up. Anyone can participate in the KTXFitness program and we have people of all levels! Whether its Boot Camp, Booty&Bands, Kickboxing, Cycle or Yoga, we have a class for you!   

Boot Camp: This class consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, plyometrics, stretching and MORE! Keith varies the exercises and format for every workout, so no boot camp session is the same. Each boot camp workout is a 60 mins long.

Kickboxing: This class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout! Classes also incorporate a warm-up and cool down as well as both dynamic and static stretching. Often, there is a brief segment specifically for core exercises. Are you READY?

KTXStep: Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. But if you've never stepped with KTX, you're in for the time of your life! KTX’s explosive step classes, which are near and dear to Keith’s heart because step classes were the beginning of his fitness journey. Best of all, the classes are enjoyed by a broad spectrum of people. The most basic is a step-up, step-down, but once you get more experienced, you'll do moves that take you over the top and around the step forwards, sideways, and backwards! You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.

Cycle: KTX’s “Rock the Bike™” Cycle is uniquely different and literally an exercise party as it provides a fun and challenging workout that is sure to have participants working every muscle! From seasoned riders to beginners, you are in for a great workout. The best thing about KTX’s “Rock the Bike™” technique is that no matter what a participant’s fitness level is, if they get on the bike, pedal and dance at their own pace, they are sure to get a great workout!
